At The Hair Vault, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases.


Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.


Damages and Order Issues


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all hair extensions, wigs, closures, frontals, and beauty products are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items.
